Compact, benchtop vacuum pressure-casting machine with integrated power cooling and high-performance induction heating
Summary of the technical highlights:
- Integrated power cooling enables a minimum of 30 casts in series, even if ambient temperatures are high
- Even after prolonged casting operations, the machine is ready for use once again after only a short break
- Immediate deployment, no need for a water supply or water outlet. An additional advantage: if required, it is possible to switch to open-cycle cooling within seconds
- New multifunctional display for enhanced convenience and fool-proof operation
- Tried and tested BEGO vacuum pressure casting technique with modern induction melting unit
- Lifting crucible technology for reliable filling of the mould with the alloy
- Reliable vacuum pressure-casting is ensured (even where the compressed air supply in the laboratory is weak) by connecting an optional compressed air tank to the Nautilus® T
- Suitable for all standard precious and non-precious alloys (except titanium)
