New: Crowns and bridges made of BEGO Titan Grade 4

As of now, CAD/CAM produced crowns and bridges made of BEGO Titan Grade 4 are available. They are suitable for a wide range of applications and combine high precision and biocompatibility.

BEGO Titan Grade 4 crowns and bridges are produced via High Speed Cutting (HSC) at the BEGO high-tech CAD/CAM production center in Bremen and are available for both anterior and posterior regions. They can be used for single tooth restorations as well as for frameworks for partial and fully veneered solutions with up to 16 units and up to three intermediate pontics.

BEGO Titan Grade 4 is made up of pure titanium and is free of nickel, cadmium, beryllium, and lead. Thanks to its outstanding biocompatibility, titanium is a meaningful alternative to cobalt-chrome restorations in cases of metal intolerance. Titanium is the material of choice, particularly for implant prosthetics, to ensure that as far as possible only one type of alloy is used in the patient’s mouth.

The CAD/CAM crowns and bridges made of BEGO Titan Grade 4 are characterized by a homogeneous material structure and a very high level of accuracy. Additionally, high strength, low weight, high resistance to corrosion and low heat conductivity are positive mechanical properties to be mentioned. The restorations can be laser welded, veneered with ceramic compounds for titanium and polymeric veneer materials and have a high bond strength as defined by EN ISO 9693-1.

BEGO Titanium Grade 4 crowns and bridges are available from € 29 plus VAT per unit. The delivery time is 48 hours after data receipt at BEGO.
