Even though the dental technician profession has undergone major changes in recent years due to the introduction of CAD/CAM technology, essential work steps still retain their importance. In addition to the skills of the dental technician, coordinated process steps, materials that have been tried and tested over many years and appropriate, modern equipment have a decisive influence on the results of work in the laboratory.
"For several decades, BEGO has offered a coordinated system consisting of a wide range of precious and non-precious metal alloys, excellent materials, highly specialized technical equipment and practical training for the fabrication of fixed, ceramic-veneered dentures as well as partial dentures," says Jörg Fasel, Senior Product Manager Conventional Products at BEGO.
- Precious-metal and non precious-metal alloys: All our BEGO alloys (e.g. of the Wirobond® and Wironit® groups) have been developed in-house specifically for their intended uses. The prosthetic reliability and clinical suitability of the biocompatible alloys have been confirmed over decades.
- Materials: An extensive range of consumables, from wax and investment materials (such as Bellavest® SH or Wiroplus® S) to blasting abrasives, have been available for years to ensure optimal casting processing.
- Devices: Innovative devices, such as the compact Fornax® T casting machine with an induction melting device, complete our BEGO system. All BEGO casting devices are equally well suited for precious and non-precious metal alloys and provide time and cost savings as well as convenient handling in the laboratory.
- Services: In addition, we offer a comprehensive range of services with its hotline support, device service, training and tutorials as well as the BEGO newsletter.
