Discover our BEGO milling blanks made of cobalt chrome, titanium and PMME and convince yourself of their excellent machinability.
The cobalt-chrome milling blanks Mediloy® M-Co stand out thanks to their excellent milling properties, reduced tool wear and therefore lower tool costs. The Mediloy® M-Co milling blanks make it possible to manufacture crowns and bridges, metal ceramics as well as implant prosthetics in the laboratory. The milling blanks are biocompatible and corrosion resistant as well as free of nickel, cadmium and beryllium. The special heat treatment in the production of the blanks also ensures a homogeneous structure without any cavities or porosities. Due to its reduced hardness of 290 HV10, restorations made of Mediloy® M-Co are particularly easy to polish. The Mediloy® M-Co milling blanks are available without shoulder in 10 mm thickness and with shoulder in thicknesses of 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 25 mm.
With Mediloy® M-Ti4 and M-Ti5, BEGO also offers milling blanks made of pure titanium. These are also biocompatible and corrosion-resistant as well as free of nickel, cadmium and beryllium and can be used for crowns and bridges, abutments and bars.
The BEGO PMMA Splint E Milling Blanks are ideal for the production of thermoplastic bite splints. Due to the industrial production process, the highest material homogeneity is achieved, which guarantees outstanding long-term stability. The bite splints are extremely fracture-proof and have a high optical transparency. Thanks to its thermoactive property, BEGO PMMA Splint E becomes flexible from 27° C and is therefore self-adjusting. The special material properties result in a highly precise adaptation to the tooth situation and exceptional, tension-free wearing comfort for the patient. The composition of the material satisfies high medical standards, and the use of high-quality raw materials ensures a high biocompatibility and a very good tolerability in the mouth. The unique production process eliminates any adverse effects on the taste sensation.
