It shows an implant-prosthetic rehabilitation of an edentulous arch with the installation of a fixed denture in the same day of the implant surgery. Clinical case description:
- Gender: female
- Age: 64 years old
- ASA Score (Saklad): ASA 1
- Periodontal condition/oral hygiene: regular oral hygiene
- Treatment reason: The patient wanted a fixed prosthesis in the upper edantolous jaw.
- Implant location: 15,12, 22 and 25
- Bone quality (Misch): D3
- Alveolar process height: 12mm between canines
- Alveolar process width: 5mm
Solution:
- Implant line: BEGO Semados® RSX(all implants achieved a torque moment of 50N/cm)
- Implant diameter: 3.75mm (all four implants)
- Implant length: 15mm (posterior); 11.5mm (anterior)
- Prosthetic rehabilitation protocol: Immediate loaded acrylic prosthesis
- BEGO Implant System Prosthetic component: PS MultiPlus 30° abutment (posterior sector); PS MultiPlus 0° abutment (anterior sector); MultiPlus titanium abutment
- Restorative material: Acrylic resin
