- CAD/CAM prosthetics orders that reach us after 2 p.m. on December 19, 2024 will not be produced until January 2, 2025
- Deadline for incoming orders for our scan and design centers for CAD/CAM prosthetics in Bremen and Unterschleißheim is December 18, 2024.
- BEGO Guide templates will be shipped by December 20 - the last possible order release must be received by December 17
- The order acceptance for implantology and laboratory supplies as well as our technical hotlines will be closed from December 23, 2024 up to and including January 1, 2025

We ask for your understanding for any delays in processing and delivery. In order to be able to track your production orders precisely, you will find all information in the BEGO ConnectApp.
We would also like to point out that we have been informed by our courier service providers about possible delays in delivery in the run-up to Christmas. We will do everything we can to send your orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot rule out delays in delivery.
To ensure that your orders can be processed on time, we recommend that you place orders early and factor the extended production and shipping times into your planning.
