Clinical case description:

• Gender: male
• Age: 56 years old
• ASA Score (Saklad): ASA PS 1, normal healthy patient
• Periodontal condition/oral hygiene: poor oral hygiene, accumulation of plaque/calculus with periodontitis.
• Treatment reason: Due to failure of 2 bridges in the upper jaw, extraction of the roots was planned in order to prepare screw-retained prosthetic restoration.

Solution:

• Teeth extraction, implant placement with the BEGO Guide approach, installation of a temporary prosthesis
• Production of the final prosthesis, 4 months after the surgical procedure
