Varseo – 3D printer for dental applications

At this year's IDS BEGO will be presenting its 3D printer with a unique cartridge system, self-developed specifically for dental applications. With this printer a wide range of restorations made from high-performance resins can be produced in laboratories. In addition to the 3D printer itself, the associated materials, software tools and services for a rapid, simple and cost-effective production of, for example, splints, surgical guides, individual impression trays and CAD/Cast partial denture frames will also be on display.

Customised restorations can be produced directly in the laboratory according to the dental technician's specifications, using a variety of materials which have been specially developed for the Varseo 3D printer. On the launch of the product, four different resins for producing splints, surgical guides, impression trays and CAD/Cast partial denture frames will be available. Thanks to the innovative cartridge system, the resins can be changed within just a few seconds. In addition to simple handling, the cartridge system also guarantees minimal material consumption and the long shelf life of the materials.

The high building speed of the Varseo 3D printer, independent of the number of elements to be produced on the plate, is particularly worthy of mention.

The printer's user-friendly display also provides the user with information on all parameters and gives quick and easy access to all important functions.

Detailed information on supplementary software tools, services and other applications of this continually expanding system can be found at www.bego.com/3d-printing when it goes on sale.

The Varseo will be presented for the first time to the public at the IDS in Cologne at BEGO's booth in hall 10.2 N20/M29.
