WIRONIUM® RP Complete is our new modular system for modern, fully digital fabrication of partial dentures. BEGO combines innovative manufacturing technologies into a comprehensive, high-quality treatment concept: SLM-produced partial denture frameworks made of WIRONIUM® RP for upper and lower jaws, 3D-printed denture teeth and gingiva elements – perfectly coordinated within a validated digital workflow using the exocad* PartialCAD module.
Thanks to specially designed retention elements in the partial denture framework, the individual components can be clearly positioned relative to one another and securely connected to one another, thereby ensuring reliable and efficient processing in the dental laboratory.

An overview of the system components

WIRONIUM® RP Complete comprises three dental components that are precisely matched to one another:

  1. Partial Denture Framework, polished or sandblasted, produced from WIRONIUM® RP using the SLM process.
  2. Saddle, as a 3D-printed prosthetic component that is fitted precisely onto the framework.
  3. Denture Teeth, precisely manufactured from the VarseoSmile® TriniQ® tooth-colored hybrid material using DLP 3D printing.

The manufacturing processes in detail

Selective laser melting (SLM): This additive manufacturing process uses CAD data to control a laser, which builds up the partial denture framework layer by layer from metal powder. This enables the production of complex geometries with high precision and in high quality.

Digital light processing (DLP): In the DLP process, a liquid resin is cured in layers by a projector. In this way, the saddles are created layer by layer from a 3D high-impact base material, and the denture teeth from the VarseoSmile® TriniQ® ceramic-filled hybrid material – in full detail and with long-lasting color stability.

Software requirements:
At least exocad* 3.1 Rijeka, an exocad partial denture license, and PartialCADApp 3.1 Rijeka version,
as well as knowledge of digital partial denture design within the exocad PartialCADApp.
