At the end of 2014, all prefabricated abutments available in Wirobond^® in the BEGO Implant Systems portfolio will be discontinued, and will be available exclusively in titanium in the future.

“Rising production costs have forced us to take this step as the sales price would otherwise have become disproportionately high for customers” explains Oliver Klein, International Sales Manager at BEGO Implant Systems.

BEGO Implant Systems will begin to sell all remaining prefabricated Wirobond^® MI abutments with immediate effect, while stocks last. The prefabricated titanium abutments of identical construction will remain in the product range unchanged and can be used as a credible alternative.
